1997 Graduated from the Land Planning major, obtained a Bachelor degree in Engineering

2000 Graduated from the Land Resource Management major, obtained a Master degree in Management

2007 Received a Doctorate degree in Economics from Wuhan University

2008.9 Participated in the seminar of Lincoln Institute of land policy on urban development and planning

2012.7 Participated in the seminar of East China University of Science and Technology on spatial data analysis based on network platform

2013.9-2014.9 The government-sponsored visiting scholar in the Social Science Laboratory of Kent State University(Department of geography), USA

Projects:


[1]September 2005-

Lead the overall planning revision of land use in Jingmen City, Hubei province, and is responsible for two topics: land economical use, coordination of ecological construction and land use.

[2]October 2006-October 2007

Cooperated with Wuhan City Planning and Design Institute on medium and long term land reserve plan of Wuhan City, and led the sub topic: regulation and mechanism of land reserve control in Wuhan City.

[3]October 2008-October 2009

Lead the study on the quota of industrial land in Putian of Fujian, and is responsible for task organization and technical operation.

[4]2007-2010

Participated in research project of National Natural Science Foundation: urban network analysis based on artificial immune system (70773089) , and is responsible for model test.

[5]July 2010-

Participated in the soft science key project led by the Ministry of Land and Resources: land policy to regulate and control the macro-economy (2010009) , and studied on the conduction mechanism of land policy.

[6]2010-

Participated in research project of National Natural Science Foundation: early warning of urban space in the rapid urbanization area based on GIS (71073116) , and is responsible for urban expansion model construction.

[7]December 2012-

Lead the innovation project of Wuhan University on geographical science (J1103409, National Science Fund for fostering talents in basic science): study on the ecological effects of urbanization based on land use change.

[8]January 2013-December 2013

Cooperated with China Land Planning and Surveying Research Institute on a soft science research led by Ministry of Land and Resources: policy system of differentiated land to promote the healthy development of urbanization (201301) .

[9]2015-

Lead the project of National Natural Science Foundation: local government land transfer competition: measurement, mechanism and effect (71403193).
